SPECTACULAR EVENT RETURNS TO LE MANS JULY 16-20, 2024

Gunskirchen, Austria, February 26, 2024 – BRP-Rotax and 3MK Events proudly announce the date for the annual RMC International Trophy, scheduled for July 16th to 20th, 2024 near the French city of Le Mans. Following the resounding success of the RMCIT since it initially began back in 2019, attracting around 300 entries from at least 40 nations for a sensational week of racing, this year’s event promises to be even more extraordinary. All six champions will be awarded their RMC Grand Finals 2024 ticket to compete at the prestigious end of season showdown in Sarno, Italy in October.

The RMC International Trophy has firmly established itself as a premier event on the global Rotax Racing calendar and is set to captivate participants and spectators alike with a full 5-day program of exciting races, intense competition, and a celebration of the shared passion for karting that unites drivers from all corners of the world. Alongside the racing, this truly international event brings the big Rotax family together in a fantastic atmosphere, where new friends and lasting memories are made.

Organized by 3MK Events, the RMC International Trophy offers every participant an unparalleled experience on and off the track. This applies notably to the youngest drivers in the Micro MAX and Mini MAX classes, enabling them to continue to build an even better grounding for their racecraft and competitive skill level. The legendary Le Mans, known for its rich motorsport history and world famous race, is the perfect backdrop for this feature highlight on the international Rotax calendar.

The incentives extend beyond the race victories again in 2024! The winners of each of the six Rotax categories – Micro MAX, Mini MAX, Junior MAX, Senior MAX, DD2 and DD2 Masters – will be crowned RMC International Trophy champions and receive their ticket to represent their country at the RMC Grand Finals 2024 to take on the world’s leading drivers from October 19-26 in Sarno, Italy. The vice champions will be rewarded with a brand new Rotax 125 MAX Evo Engine, while third place in each class wins a Rotax voucher worth 1.000€. The prizes don’t stop there though, with more up for grabs at the podium celebrations for all the competitors: three Bell Racing Helmets, an amazing Rotax voucher valued at 10.000€ and there are even more surprizes yet to be announced.

“We can’t wait to welcome participants and fans to Le Mans for what promises to be a special event,” said Peter Oelsinger, General Manager BRP-Rotax / Member of the Management Board, Vice President Sales, Marketing RPS-Business & Communications. “This is a very important race on the Rotax calendar and we do our best to offer all our drivers more international events to compete together. Every year, we witness some incredible racing and great sportsmanship at the RMC International Trophy and believe we’re watching the development of future legends. Organisers 3MK Events in cooperation with Le Mans International / ACO Automobile Club de L’Ouest are preparing to make this a memorable week, as we invite everyone to join the grid and go racing this summer in France.“
