Two electric categories at the RMC International Trophy
Gunskirchen, Austria, June 03, 2022 – The 2022 RMC International Trophy which takes place from July 25-30, 2022 at the famous Le Mans Karting International Circuit adds two new categories to the race schedule: the Rotax Project E20 Junior and Senior categories. Both categories will be awarded with tickets to the RMC Grand Finals 2022 in Portugal for the 1st and 2nd placed racers.
Have you ever been racing at the RMC International Trophy in Le Mans? This historic location brings up emotions which can’t be described. It’s a mixture of nostalgic feelings as you are following the footsteps of the biggest heroes in motorsport and the unique atmosphere of this exceptional karting event which is created by the strong ambition and skills as well as the deep passion and attitude of the global field of racers.
More than 300 drivers from all over the world will take the opportunity to compete for the sought-after invitational tickets to the RMC Grand Finals 2022 the highlight of the Rotax karting season which takes place in Portimao, Portugal from November 19-26, 2022. And the RMCIT is also awarding many other attractive prizes like the CanAm Quad for the Micro MAX and Mini MAX drivers.
This year the RMC International Trophy is additionally highlighted by an intriguing sound: the Rotax E20 electric karts will premiere in both, the E20 Junior and E20 Senior categories at Le Mans, and these categories will be awarded with tickets to the RMC Grand Finals for the first and second place-getters in each class.
Keep in mind that it is possible to make a double registration for the Rotax 125 MAX Junior and E20 Junior, as well as the Rotax 125 MAX Senior and E20 Senior categories. It’s the perfect opportunity to double your chance for a ticket to the RMC Grand Finals!
The E20 categories come with a special ‘Arrive & Drive’ race package which makes it very easy to experience competing in the E20 and allows more time to concentrate on the racing. Throughout the event, the Rotax team is on-site to support the competitors, advising them on the special features and recommended set-up of the E20 E-Kart, including safety instructions briefings and analysis of the on-board data to review the performance of each driver. This Arrive & Drive concept also includes the transport of the equipment to the event and the use of the Rotax awning.
